Bathrooms in this price range would include new custom shower enclosure using the existing tub with a new shower valve, curved shower curtain rod, the removal and instillation of porcelain tile floors, new window, the addition of overhead lighting, new toilets, new trim and door, and fresh paint. Expect to use larger size format tiles, say 12x24, in order to keep installation costs down.
